You can easily book a Chauffeur service on ELITE RIDE platforms within minutes:

• Select a branch as well as pick-up and drop-off date and time.
• Choose your preferred vehicle.
• Add insurance or extras such as a GCC permit (optional).
• Fill in the driver and contact details.
• On the payment page, enter your credit/debit card details. Alternatively, you can select the option to pay at the branch.
• Review details and complete the booking.

You can also book via our branches or call center (Call the ELITE RIDE Number).

You will see a booking confirmation page once you’re done. You will also receive a confirmation email from us stating that your booking has been successful. You must pay at the branch if you haven’t paid for the booking yet.

You can pay online using a debit/credit card or at our branch via cash or card.

The cost covers the vehicle, daily mileage allowance of 300km, maintenance, 24-hour roadside assistance, and vehicle replacement in case of a breakdown.

Notably, the daily mileage allowance for vehicles in the Prestige (XC) and Platinum (XD) categories is 250 km.

While comprehensive insurance isn’t included in the rental cost, there is third-party liability coverage, whereby an amount between SAR 1,500 and SAR 3,000 is charged (depending on the car group) if the accident is deemed the driver’s fault. There is no liability if the accident was not the client’s mistake.

Additionally, we offer the option to get a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) that can reduce your insurance excess up to ‘zero’ and help you get some peace of mind. The CDW will be an additional charge on top of the rental cost, and the amount varies with the rental period. The longer the duration, the lower the CDW cost. CDW can start as low as SAR 20 per day for a Chevrolet Spark and SAR 50 per day for a Lexus ES 350.

Just a Valid passport if you are not a Saudi Arabian citizen. if you are a  Saudi Arabian citizen, you don’t need any documents.

At ELITE RIDE, we follow the highest cleaning, safety, and sanitization standards across our entire fleet to ensure a safe trip for you. Our cars are regularly thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and attention is paid to high touchpoint areas. All our vehicles have a strict no-smoking policy to make sure the air remains fresh inside the car.

The driver must abide by all traffic laws and ensure they drive within the speed limit. All of our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. You are responsible for keeping the car clean from inside and out, as you will have to pay for any marks, scratches, and spills.

In line with the latest efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19, drivers should maintain the same level of hygiene and cleanliness implemented by ELITE RIDE across our entire fleet. The driver should strictly follow the government-imposed capacity restrictions, and penalties incurred due to violations are the customer’s responsibility.
